Been using A-1 for years. Have always stood behind their work. Had shocks installed, did work quickly for agreed price & rotated my tires while vehicle was there.

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I was stuck on the side of the road in Wilmette late at night on Saturday & the driver came right out to help me. The dispatcher was so helpful & courteous.
