Picked up a coupon from Groupon that included free oil changes. I went in expecting to be met with a cold shoulder and a hurry-up-and-get-this-guy-out-of-here feeling. I was wrong. I came in and was greeted right away by the owner himself. While I was waiting on my car to receive an oil change the owner sat with my girlfriend and I for a good 15 minutes talking to us and making sure everything was going well while explaining his business and passion for good service. The oil change was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. There was not even a hint of upselling and I never felt uncomfortable while there. I live in Schaumburg and this is a little bit of a drive just for an oil change but now that I have been there once I don't think I will go anywhere else for future service of my vehicle. The entire management and floor team there were very professional and friendly. It is also located in an easily accessible location and well-kept neighborhood. I am going back this Saturday for another oil change and I look forward to speaking with the owner again to let him know what I think of his business. As a new resident to Illinois I am happy to know I have found a trustworthy auto business.

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

What an amazing experience! I was greeted by the lovely owner, Debbie, and her little assistant. Debbie is so sweet, she made me very comfortable and I left the business knowing that I will return here with confidence. My service was fast and at a great price! I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed.
