what it takes to repair today' s cars & they listen. I would recommend them to everyone. I was broken down on county farm road, because my car stopped moving. I called them & they calmed me down, sent a tow truck to pick up my car. They checked out the car & told me I need a new axle not a transmission. It is great to find honest people to do business with this days that will take the time to talk to you. Wished more company's remember what customer service is about these day. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

Dan is the man. He is one of the guys you see first and he is always smiling. He is very nice as well as very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. Very fast oil change and I got a text from them when it was all ready. Go here for a hassle free job. Highly recommend this place.
