Tire repair service near Skokie, IL

Made an appointment for 8 am, when I called at 11:30 am, my car had not yet been looked at. I received a message around 2:30 pm with the inspection results. So 6.5 hours after appointment drop off. Tuffy completed oil change, tire rotation and rear brakes just before closing time at 6 pm. There are individual coupons for each service but a $30 cap is applied on discounts per visit. I may make two or three separate appointments next time so that I can use all the coupons. I had to bring the car back the next day due to a loud exhaust type noise. It turned out that the air filter compartment was not reinstalled properly so minor fix but still resulted in a return visit. I like the team at Tuffy and plan to return but some of the above issues should be improved upon.

KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time.
