As always Jim and his crew were great. Had a slow tire leak and I was thinking, "Ughh probably have to get new tire." But Jim said it was very repairable. So Kudos. While it was in the shop I asked them to do the once over. Needed back pads and rotors. Also had them do a oil change. They also replaced 3 or 4 of the screws that hold the bottom engine plastic cowl that've been missing since last Jiffy lube change as it was hanging down for months. Thanks much to Jim and his crew.

I had a tire that went flat on a Friday afternoon.. AAC took my tire and fixed it the same day.. this really helped me out by not having to drop my car off. I've had other repairs at the shop and they always do a good job.

My daughter had a brake lock up while traveling through this area FAR from home ... we live near Louisiana Gulf Coast ... so she was on her own for getting repairs. Luckily the tow truck took her to Jim. He analyzed the trouble as well as doing a thorough vehicle check identifying the immediate problem as well as some other items of concern. I felt quite comfortable speaking with Jim about the choices. Although I chose to do only the brake work at this time, I know the other problems he pointed out are real concerns that I must address soon. Thank you Jim for taking care of my daughter in a a real traveler's crisis. I believe Jim gave us excellent service, honest analysis of the problems, and prices that were fair .. and quick turnaround so she could get back to her job.

My most recent service was actually Sept 13, although I got this on Sept. 12. As a long-time customer, I was able to make an appointment for the same morning for a quick check on my tire pressure (dash light was showing). The issue was handled quickly (pressure adjusted on all 4 tires) and Mike explained the technical aspect of the problem satisfactorily.

I've realized in my young life that the hardest thing in life is finding a trustworthy mechanic, especially for those of us who lack the knowledge in the automotive world. That being said, these guys are not just great mechanics, they're great people too. They don't care just about putting $$ in their pocket, sure its important but they really do go above and beyond what other mechanics would do to make sure you're satisfied.
