I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

Meineke in Joliet is horrible now! The new "manager/owners" have taken over. The good mechanic is gone. I have been a long standing Meineke customer and when I called today to ask for my mechanic Mark, I was told he "Is no longer working here" (very rudely)! So I asked to speak to Vern and I was told he was busy and to call him later, also very rudely!!! I will find someone else to fix my cars from now on!

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! ASE certified knowledgeable mechanic , very courteous , and reasonable priced , actually they were about 30 % cheaper than the other local mechanic shops , I highly recommend them .

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

I would defiantly give this place 5 stars not just for the great job done on my truck but for the AMAZING customer service. 5 Stars boys! You defiantly take pride in what you do and have alotta fun while doing it!

Before scrapping my 1998 Mercedes S600 with 200K miles on the clock, I took a friend's advice and drove over to MPC. Best decision I made in several years. Crew is professional, knowledgeable and competent, while at the same time they are friendly, helpful AND HONEST. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.

I brought the car there as a friend goes there . I had it at 3 other shops that they could not find the problem . they were very friendly as I came in they told me that there would be a 125 diagnostic charge that I agreed to. they called me back 2 hours later and found the problem that was faired priced . I also had other work done that I requested. I picked up the car the same day and it ran better than I ever remembered. all the techs have been there for 10 to 20 years and were all asc certified which made me feel good.the shop is the most cleanest place I ever been to .I will always go back and tell my friends....

Have been here for over several years and over 5 different vehicles. Staff has always been courteous and honest about pricing. I have sent many people over and they always have no issues. I trust this shop with any issues I have. Great work!

Be weary of this shop. I came in for a special in brake replacement and it was the worst mistake I have ever done. I am a five year mechanic and I can certify that they only lure individuals then tack on un warranted charges. My friend asked me for a brake change on a older car, I was being lazy and decided to take the shop up for a real good deal they had on break service. They tried charging me for extra stuff before they took my tires off. They were claming the rotor was groved (which was not true at all), for a new caliper because of a "seized piston" which was not at all seized you just needed a special tool. And also for new pins for the caliper since one was seized (it came of with a wrench hit). After arguing with the mechanic on why and how he was ripping off people i decided to just get my car put back together and fix it myself. I find it shameful to have these "mechanics" in my neighborhood and I would advice everyone to be very cautious if u decide to go there.
