I came in because I was experiencing some noise while braking. I suspe... read more I came in because I was experiencing some noise while braking. I suspected it was warped rotors. They first swapped out the back rotors, which didn’t solve the issue. So they then swapped out the front rotors and that solved the problem. I felt like it was just a trial and error process, no diagnostics were performed to determine which rotors were warped and how bad, and I paid for 4 new rotors plus labor, when it may have just been one bad rotor. So I wasn’t exactly pleased with the experience.
