We are a family owned and operated Auto Body shop located in Arlington Heights, IL. We have been servicing the area for over 18 years and pride ourselves on providing the best quality collision repair in the area. Just got back from a Saturday afternoon routine oil change. I usually go to this branch and have always had good experiences with it. Today went quite exceptional. All the staff that I encountered was extremely polite, informative, and it was an overall pleasure giving my business to this specific branch. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about my experience there!

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Fast friendly people there, they really take the time to explain how and why things happen to your car. I hate when I am forced to have work done on my car, but at least when I take it to Mark and his team, I know it gets done right and as soon as possible. They even offer you a free loaner car if the job is bigger or will take longer than expected. I have only needed it once so far, so I think they narrow down the problem pretty fast and get you back on the road. Their prices are very fair. A few times in the past I have wasted my time getting estimates at other places, just to end up back at GTM! Oh well, live and learn!

I get my oil change and anything else I need for my car here. What I need I do not know sometimes but the guys there always help me . They are very honest and friendly especially my friend Tim. I stopped at the place to check loud noise seemingly coming from my tires, but after a "dedicated" checkup i was given a quote for 960$. The Problem was both my front wheel bearings, they said. The price of each bearing without the labor was over 300, the guy told me. I took the car elsewhere and they fixed it for 250$ with labor. Apparently it was left rear bearing that was wrong, not the two front ones as they told me in Cassidy Tire and service. I replaced my rear bearing and the car is running like new. IF there was a place to upload pictures i would upload the quote i got from Cassidy Tire and Service and the place that i actually fixed my car in. How can a licensed mechanic tell me two of my front wheel bearings are bad, when actually it was a rear ? I'm so glad i didn't fix my car there and i advising everyone i know to do the same

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

Recently had my '06 F150 repaired by Tony. I highly recommend Tony for repairs to 5.4 Triton engines. My engine developed the now famous Ford Triton "tick". Tony gave me all my options and fixed the problem. The charges were very reasonable. Great job, thanks Tony
