Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I brought my 1975 Corvette to Darrel Hadley, owner of Master Tech in June 2010 to perform what should have been simple bumper cover replacement with paint.The job was estimated to take one week, and took 2 months to get it to a point of semi completion. Darrel also wanted additional monies for the work described further in this review. Additionally the car has the Master Tech induced issues listed below. Prior to writing this review, and removing my car from Master Tech I pointed out the issues to Darrel, and asked that they be rectified. He did not correct the issues and told me the work was acceptable to him. The issues are as follows: CORVETTE lettering mis aligned, Two Cracks in Fender, Various runs in paint, and what appears to be burns in paint on rear bumper from over buffing or not enough paint. AT this point the work performed by Master Tech will need to be redone and additional fender repair, and painting is necessary. Please be cautious if considering Master Tech Collision and Restoration.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it.
