They have never promoted unnecessary repairs. At times I have asked if we should do some repair on the car (noise on parking brake releasing when car moves) and Rick explains that there is no need to "fix" it unless it bothers me. Their prices are competitive, jobs are done quickly and efficiently and they are very nice people. I've recommended Norwood auto many times to friends who often complain about being overcharged and bad service. Like most I know little about cars but I've come to trust the people at Norwood. I think it's a terrific place.
