I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. I would highly recommend to others to go and try Altox Automotive once and you will become their regular customer.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO QUAYLE. Picked up my Jeep to find a dent in the hood and a scratch on both doors. Owner denied the damaged and argued with me that he didn't see it happen so he was not liable. Once I mentioned legal action he agreed to fix the damage. Squeaky brakes were to be fixed but they still squeak and the fuel sensor installed was a quick fix since it works part of the time. Do not want to take it back for resolution since body damage is possible.

Horrible! Over priced...run down...rude..inappropriate! Beware!!!!!

Remembering back to the day Don opened. It is because of his great service that he has allowed his business to grow and become a pillar of the community. It is truly hard to find service shops like his that care about their work and stand by it without overcharging and finding things that don't really need "a fixin". *RACIST* STAY AWAY if you respect yourself and your fellow man. My former employers are legitimate racist people. I recently quit (Thank GOD). What really sparked me wanting to quit was one evening I walked in on TABTATHA finishing the sentence "AND that is why I hate N****RS, then she attempted to justify it by saying, thats not my only prejudice btw". Well presumably then her husband GREG, the master mechanic up there is also racist. They also treat their employees like shit, expecting people to work 10 straight hours, without on the clock breaks, lunch is off the clock if you so choose. But don't mess anything up, bc then Greg, the "master" who thinks himself to be without fault, will berate and demean those who do mess up, even when they own it. (I actually never wrecked, or broke anything, but yet after I quit I was all of a sudden terrible at my job, even though the month prior I was given a raise for "not having any issues or cars returning or complaints" Tabs words, not mine. Also had to keep me finding a new job a secret because they will fire you if they find you are looking form employment elsewhere. Well guess what, the internet is a bitch and last forever.

Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.
