*RACIST* STAY AWAY if you respect yourself and your fellow man. My former employers are legitimate racist people. I recently quit (Thank GOD). What really sparked me wanting to quit was one evening I walked in on TABTATHA finishing the sentence "AND that is why I hate N****RS, then she attempted to justify it by saying, thats not my only prejudice btw". Well presumably then her husband GREG, the master mechanic up there is also racist. They also treat their employees like shit, expecting people to work 10 straight hours, without on the clock breaks, lunch is off the clock if you so choose. But don't mess anything up, bc then Greg, the "master" who thinks himself to be without fault, will berate and demean those who do mess up, even when they own it. (I actually never wrecked, or broke anything, but yet after I quit I was all of a sudden terrible at my job, even though the month prior I was given a raise for "not having any issues or cars returning or complaints" Tabs words, not mine. Also had to keep me finding a new job a secret because they will fire you if they find you are looking form employment elsewhere. Well guess what, the internet is a bitch and last forever.

Emissions Repair
My car failed emissions at another shop, I was quoted over $1000.00 to fix it. Took my vehicle to conoco and they fixed the problem for $389.00, and got it to pass emissions. Very honest people, I would highly recommend them!

Electrical
These mechanics are great, I had a short in my car in the wiring. These guys fixed it the same day and only charged me 1 hour. Very friendly staff and great service.

Bad
07-24-2013 Cave Springs Conoco will never receive my business again and I highly recommend that nobody else let themselves be robbed by them either. The following is my experience with them: In April, I brought my car to Cave Springs Conoco to have my engine replaced. Aside from that, they also recommended various other work be done. I trusted their recommendations and had them do the other work for a bill totally over $1,700. Among the things they did, they recharged the freon for my air conditioner. Since then, the air conditioner had not worked. I work 12 hour days every day and had not had a chance to bring it back until today. They told me that when they did the work in April, that my freon was full and that they sucked it out, recharged it, and put it back in. They told me today, that the freon must have leaked out. However, they said that the leak was not something that they caused, though they had not diagnosed it. My car's freon had been fine since last summer and had not leaked out all last summer nor all this winter, but somehow in less than a day after they filled it with new freon, it had all leaked out. The story doesn't add up. If it had a leak, then how did it still have freon in it when they got it? They said maybe it was a slow leak. Well, if it was a slow leak, then how did it lose all the freon that they supposedly put in it in less than a day. Well, that sounds like a big leak. But if it was a big leak, then how did it have any freon in it when they started the work on it? The story doesn't add up at all, but they were happy to charge me to do the work all over again, which they still claim was done right the first time. When asked if they would stand by their work and reimburse me if a diagnosis proved it to be that they had failed to re-connect the hoses or any other issue pointing to their own failure, they told me that they would not do so. Cave Springs Conoco will never receive my business again. I highly

Car repairs
Great place to have car work. I needed a alternator on my car and they were very helpful by giving me a ride to work and picked me back up when it was done. Great price and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this shop!
