They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. Paul has always helped me and they work hard to get me in and out quickly with a loaner car option (I dont even see that with the dealer any more)! You won't be sorry you called them.

I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the same mistake I did. I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep was told it was out of stock but they could get it in two or three weeks after waiting three weeks called back to see if it arrived I was told then it would take Three months. I found the part and called back to have them cancel the order and refund my money, they told me NO REFUNDS you could have a in store credit so what their telling you by that is to come in and spend even more money with them whether you needed or not because there is nothing in their store that costs 65 dollars this is a way to spend more money with them instead of doing the right thing and refund your money. If you are thinking about getting work done by these guys you better think again any Company that does Business like this you don't want to bring your car too if I were you I'd go somewhere else where they won't cheat you.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I had a remote starter installed by this establishment in my brand new Honda CRV six months ago. I had nothing but problems with it. I made total of three visits back to have different issues fixed. My latest problem is that the system sucks too much power from the battery. If the car is not driven daily, the battery dies. It took a while to detect this problem since I usually drive every day. When I went back today, I was told that they will look in to it but they already know that remote starter is not to blame for this problem. I have consulted couple of reputable auto mechanics and they pointed remote starter as a source of my issues with the battery. Since this is not my first issue with Mobile Audio and because of their rudeness and lack of professionalism, I did not let them touch my car again. I will be going somewhere else to have it removed or replaces. I did file a complaint with BBB against this very shady place. Stay away from them!
