Dont trust these guys. They told me they were putting original manufactured parts but my new mechanic shows me they were aftermarket. I have my receipt and it says OEM. What a lie. Forget this shop!!!

I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Jamal(Store manager) is one the biggest crookes in the automotive industry who takes advantage of unknowing customers .Not only is he very unprofessional but also marking up prices over 5 times what they cost.My mom went there and was charged $4000 dollars for under $2000 in work (had a dealership and 2 independent shops verify this by a second opinion and quote ).Not only that but Jamal charged for parts that were not even changed .When he was confronted on his shady borderline criminal actions he became very belligerent and rude !! Escalated to corporate (bill Gallagher) who I was assured would return the call that day and he took a week to just call back !!with no solution to these obvious issues!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

Ongoing problem for 9 years. Dealer repaired emissions error and check engine light returned in two weeks with same problem. AACCEL repaired the emissions, and now I can fuel the car in less than 15 minutes and pass the Will County emissions testing.

Meineke in Joliet is horrible now! The new "manager/owners" have taken over. The good mechanic is gone. I have been a long standing Meineke customer and when I called today to ask for my mechanic Mark, I was told he "Is no longer working here" (very rudely)! So I asked to speak to Vern and I was told he was busy and to call him later, also very rudely!!! I will find someone else to fix my cars from now on!
