Motorcycle repair service near Crown Point, IN

It is currently Wednesday, 7/14. On Monday, 7/12, I contacted Speedway requesting a part for my truck. They told me it would be $100.00 and they would have the part the following day. I went in there and paid for it, expecting it to be available on Tuesday. I went up there today (Wednesday) to pick up my part, and I was informed that they did not have the part, it was going to cost an additional $25.00 more than the quoted price, and if I still wanted it, they could have it tomorrow. So here I am without the part I need. I took the day off of work so that I could get my truck fixed. Basically, I am now out a few hundred dollars and still can't fix my truck because the wonderful staff at speedway couldn't take 30 seconds to call me Monday or Tuesday and tell me that it would be more than they expected and they would need some additional money to get the part. Or better yet, they could have just ordered it and given it to me for the price they quoted. That is what a respectable business would do. There are plenty of junk yards out there, I would recommend passing this one by.

Dave. Nick and Steve are all Great technicians. They Rebuilt my engine about a year ago and the Dyon numbers were Great and it's still running strong with no issues. I just sent a friend there to have his motor Rebuild and once again those Guys came through with an excellent job. Sorry I didn't send my review in earlier guys . I've sent several of my friends and family members there and haven't had anyone complain about the work or pricing. Thanks for staying open and coming to work guys.
