I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in for a simple oil change figuring that is what i would get. Sign said $23. Turns out that it would have been close to $40. Whatever, i said because i like the idea of supporting local businesses. Then they told me i needed new brakes and shocks and insisted that they would change them right then and there. i declined, then Greg, proceded to call me a young idiot who is going to cause an accident for driving an unsafe car. My car is a 2010 , i went to the nearest ford store and had them check shocks and brakes, and they told me that there was no issue at all. BEWARE, my father was a mechanic and i have nothing but respect for the trade, but there are bad apples out there

Jamal(Store manager) is one the biggest crookes in the automotive industry who takes advantage of unknowing customers .Not only is he very unprofessional but also marking up prices over 5 times what they cost.My mom went there and was charged $4000 dollars for under $2000 in work (had a dealership and 2 independent shops verify this by a second opinion and quote ).Not only that but Jamal charged for parts that were not even changed .When he was confronted on his shady borderline criminal actions he became very belligerent and rude !! Escalated to corporate (bill Gallagher) who I was assured would return the call that day and he took a week to just call back !!with no solution to these obvious issues!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

WORST DEALER EVER. BOUNCH OF LIERS. I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.

Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me
