While getting my car vaccummed and interior wiped down, the employees ransaked my vehicle and stole several items (including cash is a locked compartment). When I immediately noticed and confronted the manager, he took defense stating "we are not responsible for valuables left in your vehicle!" What about responsiblity for your employees and your business! I was not offered any apology or compensation whatsoever. What a scam!

Spoke to the owner about the last service over a year ago but decided to try one more time and he assured me they would make it right. -? there were only 3 cars ahead of mine. An hour later 5 cars had been put ahead of mine and they had just started working on the interior of mine when I stepped out and started watching them. - ? owner had the guy redo the interior 3 times while I watched - ? items removed from the trunk put on the shelf in my trunk never returned to flat surface - ? going thru the carwash God forbid they do more than spritz the car - ? the spongee things that used to be soapy and move back and forth just trailed across the car as carrier moved me through - ? pressurized water hit the car and soap foam after WTH is that??? - ? then the drying off and wiping down door jams and such - ? horrible job door jams still dirty, car still dirty after the wash between that and the towel lint left by the pitiful half effort wipedown. If I hadn't been so mad I would have bitched out the owner. But it would have done not one iota of good. They are a lousy company that at best has a turnover faster than day to night. Only solution is to make others aware and not go back - EVER.

While doing a terrible job detailing my car (wasn’t worth the bargain price of $40), the staff damaged my vehicle. When the owner was contacted, he denied that they were at fault and claimed that I was trying to fraudulently claim the damage while at his shop. After speaking to his employees (they seemed like very upstanding individuals), they admitted to the damage and opted to not disclose this information until confronted. THE WORST PART: The owner had confirmed that this damage happened while the vehicle was in his care, but claimed that it was because of a (imaginary) manufacturer’s defect. What a jerk. What a dump.
