He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Being in the automotive service industry, finding someone that reputable and trustworthy takes a load off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such great customer service! Rip Off DO NOT USE. We went to Allen's after the car wouldn't start and stay running. They told us it was the alternator and charged us $250+ to fix. It stopped working again within a few days we returned it and they said it was bad wiring not the alternator they had charged us to replace. We got no refund. We then took it back again as it had ANOTHER electrical problem 3 weeks later. They fixed wiring and replaced fuses and charged us another $240+. It stops working again 3 weeks later to be told again there is more faulty wiring and charged us another $100. They refused to waive the fee despite the fact we had been in so many times and they had already charged us for a part that was not needed. THEY ARE ACAMMERS AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!
