My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. Friendly, reasonable, busy, but not overbooked. No high pressure, I saw them treating other customers well. MUCH better choice than the 'chain' stores, which have no waiting as no one wants to go there.
