I took my suv back in August for Ac repair front and rear. Thought it got repaired it's April and Ac is not working if I bring Ac in for repair the Ac shouldebeen repaired not patched to have to bring back later but then warranty don't cover repairs because they claim it's leaking from hoses. The I'm told other problems about my vehicle I didn't even ask about. Not satisfied and they weren't helpful at all

I am not very happy with my experience at Peerless Automotive. I called them telling them my alternator is going bad and needs replaced and then took my car into their shop and told them in person. They told me I still had to pay $160 dollars for the “test” on the issues that I already knew. Previous dated inspection by Peerless showed my belt needed replaced as well. Upon test completion it was in fact my alternator that needed replaced. Despite letting Peerless perform the work, I didn’t not receive my $160 back for the “test” they needed to run. The work itself to replace the alternator and belt was outrageously high ($940 including test cost). A new alternator costs approximately $100-$120 and a belt costs ~$30 for a Toyota Corolla. I will not be bringing my car back to Peerless for any maintenance work other than oil changes.

The staff at Yorkie's have always taken care of me and my cars. I purchased a used BMW 740il that had a few repairs needed. Not only were the repairs done quickly but they were done correctly the first time. I'd had the repairs quoted at the BMW dealership here in KC area and his team came back with much lower quotes. Repairs completed were new brakes, re-charged the A/C system, and replaced the front struts on the car. I was pleased with the repairs and subsequent charges. We were on vacation to visit by brother in KC over the Labor Day weekend. As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early.
