I took my 08 328xi in today actually - 1st thing I noticed was how clean the place was. I have been in shops my entire adult life, ran them, worked in them and I know how hard it is to keep a place clean. I dropped the car off with a list of things, Front and Rear Diffs, X drive xfer case, Manual transmission and engine oil change. Now normally I would do this myself buy I have been far to busy so I figured I would try them out. The car was ready when promised, all the fluids done, washer fluid topped off and ready to drive off 20 Minutes earlier than promised. Price wise it as about what I expected I $550 tax and all, granted if you aren't used to BMW pricing that might come as a shock but the car has 114k on her and I love the car so investing in good fluids is important. I will be calling them in the spring when it's due for a clutch and some bushings. Thank's again everyone!

I took my Mini into Celso's to replace the front brakes. he gave me a loaner car and had my car finished quickly. the best part is that he saved me about $50 compared to his competition.

Warning: this business isn't trustworthy and they don't stand behind their work. I have now paid 665.94 for an Alternator that retails for 121.99 over 1 year and 3 months. Here is how the scam works: they replace your 11 year old Alternator with a subpar remanufactured part and mark up the price 40% and receive a dealer discount off retail from their supplier. Although the supplier provides a "Limited Lifetime Warranty," the part is junk and designed to last 1-2 years before failure. The supplier is hedging that the buyer forgets about a warranty, moves out of town or perhaps sells the car before it fails so it no longer carries the "Limited Lifetime Warranty." Conversely, if the owner still has the car they diligently bring the car back to repair shop that installed/warranted the part and the repair shop charges full labor for the replacement. It's a total win for the repair shop as this generates more labor fee income but the owner is now stuck with the same subpar part. The unethical side is that this shop performed this work without authorization and counsel/option of using factory vs. subpar remanufactured parts. They simply tell you it's warranted after the fact and hope that you move on because you need your life back. Furthermore, on the second repair with instructions to call me after diagnosing the issue they again performed this work unauthorized. There are other "trustworthy" repair shops in this area and strongly recommend that you look at their reviews prior to receiving "unauthorized" service from this business.

My Jaguar XJS had been to three shops to fix a the car dying randomly. Wes replaced nearly all of the old wiring under the hood. We've been running great for months now. I appreciate their help so much!

We were on vacation to visit by brother in KC over the Labor Day weekend. As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. The work was excellent and the cost was very fair. You can trust bert with your automotive needs. If I lived in the area he would definitely become my go-to guy. Thanks Bert!!!! Did they do a sound job of replacing the starter? Yes, however, they price gouged the starter and said the verbal estimate given over the phone did not occur. When I brought this to their attention I was told, this is how I make money, off of parts. Seriously? You make your real money off labor. They charged $165.00 for a remanufactured starter that literally cost $74.00 a block down the road, but what s worse??? They DID NOT honor their estimate AND they did additional work to the car without authorization. This is why I go to places like Tires Plus... at least they are held to standardized costing. Ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again and I ll tell everyone I come across not to as well. I learned a valuable lesson. GET IT IN WRITING!
