I took my Mini into Celso's to replace the front brakes. he gave me a loaner car and had my car finished quickly. the best part is that he saved me about $50 compared to his competition.

I am not very happy with my experience at Peerless Automotive. I called them telling them my alternator is going bad and needs replaced and then took my car into their shop and told them in person. They told me I still had to pay $160 dollars for the “test” on the issues that I already knew. Previous dated inspection by Peerless showed my belt needed replaced as well. Upon test completion it was in fact my alternator that needed replaced. Despite letting Peerless perform the work, I didn’t not receive my $160 back for the “test” they needed to run. The work itself to replace the alternator and belt was outrageously high ($940 including test cost). A new alternator costs approximately $100-$120 and a belt costs ~$30 for a Toyota Corolla. I will not be bringing my car back to Peerless for any maintenance work other than oil changes.

This transmission shop explained clearly the problem and how it needed to be repaired. Their honestly is refreshing, one of the few repair shops I would highly recommend.

We lost our old shop of many years. We were looking for a new one and came across this one with a 5 star rating. I thought there is no way a auto shop could be that good. Traveling form another state for the Holidays I needed to get tires before return. After install when driving the car made a noise and vibrated-I was short on time and New Years was coming so I took my car back first thing the next morning. I was told that the bearings were bad and tie rod like an additional $800.00! I had them do the work the parts were $250.00 and if I had the time I would have done myself. When I picked up the car it made the same noise I took part they put it up o;n the lift and all that was original wrong was a $12.50 pin!!!! They did not offer to give any of my money back! I would not do Business with them again for anything!

My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner.
