Recently had the pleasure of working with the staff at The Wrench. I explained to John Crowley the pinch I was in, needing air conditioning several days before a drive from Silverdale to Texas! Every other auto repair business in the Bremerton, Silverdale area either couldn't repair the car on short notice, or wouldn't return my calls requesting a quote. John explained that his business relies on a revolving door style of auto repair, most repairs that his crew undertakes are out of the door by the end of the day. John put one of his repairmen, Kayle Lenz on the job, and after a few days of being sent the wrong parts, through no fault of the shop, Kayle had my AC blowing colder than an Alaskan winter that held up during my long haul. John was even kind enough to give me a ride home after I had dropped the car off. Car is a 2001 Audi S4 that's personally heavily modified, and after this pleasant experience I trust these guys with my baby, will recommend to family and friends.

Had my alternator go out. Went here and ended up taking them up on the other repairs they offered to me. (Shouldn’t have)Parts replaced were fine but car also was returned to me with a rough idle they said may go away(never heard of) then check engine light comes on the next week with a egr valve code. Also had my car for several days after telling me they could get it done within the day. No communication on not being able to complete job. Did the same the “NEXT” day! 2100$ later to get my totally great starting & running 2005 Hyundai with 110,000 miles on it not operating as before…more insult to injury to me was when I asked Drew stated they wanted to hold my car longer to make sure things were “running well” :-/. With that being said over promising and WAY under delivering. I’ll never go again and unless you like feeling you’re being “sold” & in this case lied & under informed to I’d skip this place! unfortunately.

The technician was great. I had my oil changed and then brought my car back up there to have them fix my spare (it was flat when I went to use it) and put it back where it goes when not in use. The oil change was fine had a great price of $39.95 but for them to fix my spare tire it cost $29.95. That was a bit high for a valve stem replacement! He said “All Tire Repairs are $29.95”. I thought that was too high to replace a $2 (if that) part. Not all tire repairs are equal and shouldn’t be treated as such!

Purchased oils temp sensor, hoses, T-connector, thermostat, water pump: Still doesn't cool - still over heats ( Chrysler 300). Poor service. Will not recommend!

I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I've been going to CMD for years. They know my truck and know me and treat me like family. I appreciate the fact that they are always honest about what's going on, and they are always able to explain it to me. They do great work, and are trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend CMD.

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? I lived in the Oakdale community from 1991 - 2007. I used to take my cars there. For any problem that I had, they provided the service for. I can only say good about the service at Oakdale Automotive. The only reason I don't frequent them now because I have moved but every now and then I find my way back. Never, ever had a problem after a repair was done. Friendly, courteous and timely.

They are a diamond in the rough, when other mechanics keep adding more to the bill they don't. They will call you and discuss it with you before so you won't get any surprises. Their business is smoke free and clean. A very pleasant environment, honest and friendly.
