After numerous trips to auto repair shops over 8 months, and spending in excess of $4000 with no solution for a serious random electrical problem. This is a typical problem with Chrysler Town & Country and the net did not provide an answer. It took my van to Figs auto. In 2 visits and about 2 /2 hours of diagnostics the solution all of 2 seconds and knowing where to look. I have put 12000 miles on the van since that last visit and ABSOLUPTLY NO TRACE OF THE PREVIOUS REOCCURING. Highest recommendations for Figs Auto for mechanical and electrical problems. Special thanks to Norman who found the problem.

Truck was running poorly on trip to the mountains. No power. Took in to have fuel injectors cleaned and other such services are required to regain prior MPG and performance. Again, no pressure was applied to up-sale the job and the work was done meticulously. The oil change was due and that service was provided as well. Very satisfied as the MPG has now returned to normal ranges and the truck showed better power on recent trip to VA. Thanks!

Greg and Jeff have taken care of my 1999 Ford Taurus. I recommend their shop to my family and friends. If you need work done on your automobile, I would highly recommend that you take your car to them as well. You will be glad that you did.

My first time at Figs auto repair was amazing. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing with my car and, walked me through all the steps needed to get the car repair. At no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and, being offered services my car did not need. I will definitely spread the word about this establishment and be back with my truck!!

Truck Repair

Took my truck to Fig's on a neighbor's recommendation. No high pressure sales or attempt to get me to do more than was needed. Mr. Figueroa was patient in explaining what was needed and gave me an up-front cost so I could understand what was needed. The repairs were timely and cost-effective. The truck is running fine and I would not hesitate to take it back for other maintenance as needed. I would also recommend Fig's Auto to anyone needing quality service.

Friendly and professional service, saved me a bundle by recommending I keep my current pump which the dealer wanted to replace along with the rack and pinion.

It was a great customer experience. They provided documentation (pictures) to demonstrate that work was required and then delivered the car on time as promised.

I have serviced my vehicles in many different places. Dealerships, independent auto shops, chain shops. Fig's provided excellent customer service. My service adviser and shop owner, Greg, explained what was needed for my vehicle. He did not try to upsell me anything and did a full multi-point vehicle inspection. Greg provided understandable feedback and gave me an indication of things that may need to be done in the future. Awesome experience all around.
