Yesterday my college daughter was at Quick Trip to get gas and her car steering locked up. I drove over and tried to help, but i was unsuccessful. I looked up mechanics in the area on my phone and saw that Harris was the closest. I called and Randall was awesome! He tried to help us over the phone, but no results. So he said let me just come down there and see what I can do.. I need a coke anyway:) He came over and tried his best, but nothing. He gave us the name of a tow service that came right over and tried there best to get her car going. We ended up towing it and Randall has gone over and above customer service, friendly, very knowledgeable and most of all trust worthy. I had my daughter get his card and she will now have someone to count on when any car troubles happen. Thank you Harris Automotive and thank you! Randall

I had a trailer custom built by Eagle Trailer -- and I can't imagine a better product! The accuracy of dimensions and squareness of the trailer is absolutely perfect. AND they were extremely helpful in making recommendations that would make the trailer details even more accommodating to my specific needs. I have had a few people ask me where I got the trailer and when I tell them, every comment has been almost identical -- "Wow! Yup, Eagle makes a great trailer!" I can't imagine a better product for the money! FIVE STARS -- for sure!

My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

I was initially referred to Weaver's by a friend knowledgeable in collision repair. After visiting several shops, we settled on Weaver's. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work as well as the exceptional customer service. Over the last 6 years we have used Weaver's 3 times. I am not very happy with my experience at Peerless Automotive. I called them telling them my alternator is going bad and needs replaced and then took my car into their shop and told them in person. They told me I still had to pay $160 dollars for the “test” on the issues that I already knew. Previous dated inspection by Peerless showed my belt needed replaced as well. Upon test completion it was in fact my alternator that needed replaced. Despite letting Peerless perform the work, I didn’t not receive my $160 back for the “test” they needed to run. The work itself to replace the alternator and belt was outrageously high ($940 including test cost). A new alternator costs approximately $100-$120 and a belt costs ~$30 for a Toyota Corolla. I will not be bringing my car back to Peerless for any maintenance work other than oil changes.

I have used David & team for over 3 years now. I would recommend them for any type of work. Very reasonable. David is fantastic at explaining things in detail & talking through what needs to be fixed. I am a single mother & never worried a bit about being ripped off. The staff at Yorkie's have always taken care of me and my cars. I purchased a used BMW 740il that had a few repairs needed. Not only were the repairs done quickly but they were done correctly the first time. I'd had the repairs quoted at the BMW dealership here in KC area and his team came back with much lower quotes. Repairs completed were new brakes, re-charged the A/C system, and replaced the front struts on the car. I was pleased with the repairs and subsequent charges. I've been taking cars to these guys for over 10 years and they've always been incredibly awesome for us. I've had them work on my Jaguars, MINI, Infiniti, and Ferrari. Each time they were transparent on what needed to be done, and I know I saved money over dealership repairs. Why trust the oldest foreign car business in Kansas City? Because they do it right the first time.
