Very friendly welcome upon entering Alexander's shop. I was getting an oil change. They found a leak from a broken seal. They take photo's of the damage and come into the waiting room to show you photo's of any problems. It is nice to see proof instead of just having someone tell you something on your vehicle is broken. Very honest, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable staff. Their walls are covered in automotive awards and certifications. It's very impressive and leaves you with the feeling that your vehicle is in very good hands. Angie

I called these guys for a quote on a repair another shop said I needed. They had really great pricing so I took it in. After looking at my car they called me and said I didn't need the engine replaced, but the cause of my problem was a restricted catalytic converter. They replaced the catalytic converter and muffler and my car ran again. They saved me over $2000 that I would have spent replacing the engine like the first shop said needed done. After getting the engine running again, they diagnosed a bad ignition coil which was the original cause of my catalytic converter damage. I didn't know driving with a misfire for a long period of time could damage the exhaust, but now I know. Great choice for auto repair and I talked to the owner directly. I'll definitely be referring everyone I know!

I like that the owner is right there hands on. It's locally owned by an American citizen (by birth) which is a major plus for me :) No language barriers like when I call to talk to someone about my cell phone bill! HAHA...They seemed very knowledgeable and fixed my car the same day.

They did a great job on my husband's truck. Gave us a good price and were quick. The truck is driving great!

I have been going to All American Automotive for 27 years, I have only been treated with respect and honesty. When people say, your mechanic is your best friend, I am not exaggerating when I say I feel that way about All American Automotive. I purchased tires 20 plus times, they are always balanced and for a couple of dollars more I use nitrogen. I've had alignments and all the rest removed and replaced without a complaint, but with customer satisfaction: water pumps, belts, brakes, timing belt, tune ups, oil changes, shocks, struts, you name it. I must be the lucky one, because I have never had to bring anything back or experienced poor workmanship. All I have had is great quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I will always continue returning to All American Automotive, even if something would go wrong, it would not compare to all the times I have been treated so kindly and have my vehicle repaired properly.

I was given a 1961 Karmen that had not been touched in more than 20 years. Kept in a barn and in not the best of shape. Needs pretty much everything done to it. Bill got it running and road worthy. Much still needs to be done, and I will take it no where else. Honest and reasonable. -Maci Hall

If you re looking for a place to buy a car that needs a lot of work done on it, then Affordable Auto is the place for you. I can tell you that I have bought two cars from them (I know, how stupid can I be) and that both of them should have been painted yellow. Their service center is equally bad. Went to get an oil change there today. Was there before they opened at 0730 and was the first person in line. However, they do not take you in the order you get there. They have some mechanics that do certain things. I can truly understand that not all mechanics can do an oil change so that is why they skipped over me in favor of working on the guy that was behind me in line (he needed a cigarette lighter put in). Forgot to say, that even though they open the doors at 0730, they do not actually start working on cars until after 0800. Prior to a long road trip we took our Kia Sorento in to have the transmission serviced. On our way back from our trip we noticed the transmission started shifting hard. Upon our return we took the car back to the garage for him to see what the issue was as he was the one to service it. He said sure for another 100 bucks. We then took the car to Midas as we have a family member who works for them. They checked the transmission and found it had less than half the transmission fluid it needed and in addition the wrong fluid was put in our vehicle. The transmission was essentially destroyed. The owner of the garage simply shrugged his shoulders and essentially said too bad.
