EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . My truck is running better but I feel that 129.00 labor to change a fuel filter is a little extreme. I even provided the fuel filter.

I’ve gone to Auto4n many times, for oil changes, repairs, brakes, and other services. There’s no one else in Cincinnati that I would trust with my Mini. They are honest, transparent, and friendly. Plus they give out great freebies to their customers! Shirts, beer glasses, even sunflower seeds!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.

Was quoted over $1,100 to replace an alternator on my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. Was told the price for the alternator was $600+. When I questioned John the mechanic about the price and told him a new one on Atlantic British was $290, he told me their shop won't compete with on-line discount part supplier. On top of that, 5 hours for labor at $500. If anyone knows Disco's, replacing the alternator is the most accessible part on the engine. So disappointed in the quote, I paid $125 for the diagnosis and towed my car to another mechanic. These guys are despicable. Avoid at all cost.
