Broke my ABS sensor while overcharging for a bearing replacement, lied the whole time
Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.

Breaks
If I could give this place a minus I would.They put breaks on my van on all 4 wheels. After driving it approximately 30 miles my brakes are grinding. I called them everyday for a week trying to get an appointment to have them look at it. Finely when he gives me an appointment and I show up, he is not there. I call back 30 minutes later and after a nonproductive conversation he tells me " to take it someplace else"..

Service Provided
Required part at shop - owner not notified. Assume a text msg. sent to my landline. Note some customers still use landlines as primary phone.

Flat Tire
I had nearly a flat tire. Drove it to University Auto Service to have it plugged, was there less than 45 minutes getting my tire fixed. Was easy, no headache, no hassle and got to work that morning like not a thing went wrong. Thank you University Auto Service.
