We have used many mechanics in our years of driving. To me these guys at aamco dixie are top notch. From the communication to the diagnosis to the final bill. Charles and Travis took their job very seriously. They explained everything and did the job correctly. John the owner was involved through the whole process. Any questions and concerns became an after thought. They didn't let any issues arrive unexpectedly. Some people might say they are a little expensive but that's just not the case. They are very fair considering after job is done they are still there when needed. They are the best and it starts right at the top with John. Charles treats it like it's his own business. Travis the mechanic was an above average guy. I can see why they are in business. Because of the professional manner with which they do business. Other business's should copy their formula. Today they had a sign that said under new management so I decided to stop in, James, the Technical was very professional and provided great customer service, I will be back if he’s there....

I had my engine replaced. They did a great job, have had no problems. Would highly recommend them. They even called to make sure I was happy with everything several weeks later. Will only be taking my car to them from now on.
