I purchased a boxblade that had a shank and keeper pin missing it took... read more I purchased a boxblade that had a shank and keeper pin missing it took two plus months to get the parts needed ,they kept giving dumb excuses why they couldn't get the part untill i had to do the research for them ,i would not buy a bag of dog food from them anymore.
