If you need anything with your car go to them!! I hrdyoplanned in a field yesterday morning (first "wreck" I ever been in) I called them and they said I can bring it to them after work. I got there 10 till close they still looked at my car and "fixed" it there was dirt on the back side of my rim causing it to be unbalanced and shake. They stayed late, another 30 minutes to get it all cleaned up and make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. The nicest people I have ever met!! I will go back to them for everything for now on!!! They honestly care about there customers and do everything they can to make your experience the best!!! Kayla Watters

This is by far the worst repair shop I've ever been to. Their rates are higher than anyone around for work that is incomplete. When you bring your car there, expect to throw away money and still have to bring it to another shop for fixing. They'll misdiagnosis the issue, charge you for repairs not needed, and then say we've tried everything. Sorry but, no refund should be there slogan. You'll end up towing your car to another shop. Do not walk away from this hole in the wall, RUN!! Plus they are the most unfriendly people when ripping you off. They told my friend he needed a new head gasket. Was gonna charge him two weeks salary worth of work. He got a second opinion and it was an easy fix for under a hundred dollars. My experience was worse. Please take the warning or else!

I have been knowing of and using Diagnostic Auto Repair since the 1980s. Rikey and Paul have been and remain in business in Laplace for a simple reason. These guys know what they are doing and are the best I have found who explain the service or repairs you need and why and do the job right. Being a retired mechanic and auto collector and enthusiast all my life, I know. It is extremely hard for me to let anyone touch my vehicles as I used to do most of my own repairs and for my friends and family until I became disabled in 2006. But I would bring the jobs too big for me to handle to Diagnostic with confidence. Well since I have no choice now, I trust only one auto shop in the area. D.A.Repair as they are the most professional, first class repair shop in the Laplace area. They been doing it a long time and continue to offer very quick and quality repairs.
