Engine repair service near Madisonville, LA

On October 30th we arrived in New Orleans in a BMW M6 with AC and brake problems. After reading the lousy reviews of the dealer, on a whim ( this was a Sunday afternoon) I caller Raz at Briskers and surprise... he answered the phone. I told him about my problems and he said to bring it over and he would look at it. This was important as we only planned to be in New Orleans for 3 days, leaving Wednesday AM. He diagnosed the problems, we left the car and Tuesaday noon the car was ready. Professionally done. If I lived in NOLA he would be the only place I went for my srevice. Great service, great guy. I brought my car in to get fixed and as I was explaining the issue to the mechanic his phone rang. While I was talking, without saying "excuse me I need to take this" or "can you hold on a minute" he picks up the phone and just walks away. After I waited for a couple of minutes thinking surely he is coming back , he never came back and never apologized. It was as though he wanted me to leave and that is exactly what I did. How unprofessional! On top of that when we got the car back from them it was worse than it was before! The owner said he would have someone look at it the next day and it was been three days and still have heard nothing! They don't communicate with you about the problems with your car and they pretend as though they did nothing wrong. I do not suggest this shop to anyone.
