Engine repair service near Zimmer, LA

What I love about this place is that they are courteous and helpful. I called and spoke w/ Bill the manager told him my issue, brought my car in and because it was just a minor issue I was in and out in about 30 mins or less!!! I will definitely take my car back there!

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

OET had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was shocked when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanic.

12/14/2011 I just came from the shop and it is good news. My engine is nearly finished. Aaron took me in the back to check out the progress. WOW!! This engine is spotless. It looks brand new. Incredible. It’s too early to give Hi-Tec two thumbs up but if it runs as good as it looks I’m going to be happy. Aaron say’s the team should be done this week and he is going to call me. I called a few shops and looked into the best place to have the work done. Then I called Hi-Tech engine in Gardena. I spoke with Aaron and he seemed very confident that they could take care of me. I mean the guy knew everything about my engine and reassured me that Hi-Tech specialized in engine rebuilding. So, the next day I had my car towed in and Aaron gave me a tour of the shop. Well, this is not a simple repair shop. Hi-Tech is better described as an engine-rebuilding factory. They have a full-blown specialty machine shop that appears to be well staffed. They have a large inventory of replacement parts and I noted the presence multiple engines in various stages of rebuild. They have a special area for engine install, in short everything looked good. Great job great price. The only complaint is that they raised the final price once the job was done, not by a lot but I don't like those tactics. Anyway, the work was great, I would recommend them.

Highly recommend this place. Helped me with my Aston Martin transmission issue. Fast and reasonable.

You can buy a toaster at Target or Walmart or Kmart. At either place you will walk away with a toaster that does the job. And it's mostly about getting a better price. Other things in life, like having a dentist, plumber, doctor ... or mechanic ... are about relationships and value (quality versus cost). Many people know that referrals are the best way to find these connections. And once we've found one of these connections, we're very likely to keep it for the long-term. My car had to be towed in and A R German Motors handled everything perfectly and were able to get my car back to me the next day. Thank you everyone your efforts were greatly appreciated.
