I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

STOP NOT GO HERE. This place is a joke. This guy will try to make more work then what you come for. I went there for an alignment and he tried to get me to do a brake line. I should have asked around since he has a bad reputation for over charging and bad work from regular people and other shop owners form the area. Don't be stupid like I was, ask around and you'll see.

The staff at Countryside Service Center worked hard to correct a unique problem with our 2003 Expedition. The car was fixed in a timely, acurate, cost efficient way that met our needs. Thanks Countryside! I would recommend you to everybody!!

Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! Richie is a very honest mechanic, so happy I found him. I had some major problems with my brakes and he went above and beyond to get my car back to road worthy. He explained all repairs and costs. Highly recommended
