The check engine light in our sons car was on and while we were pretty sure it was due our daughter not putting the gas cap on tightly, we weren't sure. I called McCracken and they said bring it by whenever you have the chance and we'll clear the code. We brought the car in and they cleared the code and ascertained that it most likely was the gas cap. We have had to pay $75 to have this done at the dealer before. McCracken's staff was so nice, kind and helpful. They didn't charge us a dime and sent us on our way. We wouldn't go anywhere else

I had a flat tire a week or so ago, called AAA to have it towed to Tosti's. Chris called me after he had a chance to look at it. It needed to be replaced and the other tires showed dry rot. It was decided that 3 needed to be replaced including the flat. I was quoted an estimate. It was Thursday afternoon, but was told they would try to finish it by the end of the next day (Friday). And they did. I've been a customer there for a few years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And the cost was less than the estimate.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care.
