Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We took our car to Elsio because it would not start and we had a check engine light on. After holding our car for a couple of days to repair it. During the repair he decided to drive around with the car, and the car stalled. He never asked for our authorization to drive around with the car and even charged us for the tow. We complained and he decided to charge us half of the towing fee. He told us he had fixed the problem, but after driving with the car for a day the check engine light came on again, and soon after the car wouldn't start. We took the car to him again, and again he held the car at his shop for a few days in order to figure out what was wrong. When we went to pick it up, the car wouldn't start. We then had to leave the car with him for another couple of days. He said that he would fix the car without charging us because we complained. He then proceeded to change a part in the car and then charged us for this part even though he said he would do it for free. Don't bring your car here. They are the slimiest people and Elsio will rob you of your money.

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Very friendly staff and very appreciative of the quick service that was provided...... Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. Having immigrated from Venezuela as children, Jaime and Manny are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting.
