I used to LOVE this place and I had been going here for years (since 2004). I believe they have switched managers or owners and now they are SCUM. When my windshield wipers broke they held my car hostage for days till a 'special part' they needed would come in. They kept forgetting to call me back with a quote. Finally, a few days later it started to rain and that was when 'Scott' called me back with a $700.00 quote. I told them to not touch my car and I went to go pick it up. Thank God it stopped raining when I got there. I took it to Pepboys right away. It took them 20 minutes to tighten a part and it cost me under 40 bucks. I tell everyone I can about these idiots.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car.
