There is NO BETTER PLACE to take your car for service, repair or estimates. There isn't anything they couldn't handle. I have been using them for years for fleet vehicles as well as my own personal car. Can't imagine taking it ANYWHERE else, ever. It's nice to find people you can trust.

These folks are probably the most caring and honest mechanics around. Unlike some of the national chain mechanics who try to up-sell you on everything, these guys are honest and do perfect work the first time. I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

Turnpike Service Inc. is now under new management. I have followed the mechanic, Patrick from Beverly to South Hamilton and now to Topsfield. He is the fairest and most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He has been working on my 1998 Jeep for over 5 years now and keeps it "running better than new." He has never tried to sell me things that I do not need and will not "replace" parts simply because I feel that they are getting old. He constantly asks me, "when is the part going to break? A year from now or ten years from now?" I never have an answer for him but I find that his answer is always quite sobering. Simply put, why fix something that is not broken? When it (or if) it breaks we can deal with it then. He constantly tells me to save my money! Imagine that!!! He has kept my Jeep running to perfection and I appreciate it greatly. Heck, I have followed him for 3 towns now and I would follow him again! In a way I want to keep Turnpike my little secret but after the way he has treated me over the years I feel that it is only right of me to let the rest of the world know about Patrick too and hopefully he will become as successful as he wants to be. Just as long as I still get special treatment and to the front of what is sure to be a long line in the future. Just kidding, but not really. LOL.....

I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!
