Most honest mechanic I've ever met. I was having troubles with my suspension on my Scion when I took my car to his shop to get checked out. I dropped it at noon, and he and his crew had pulled it apart and put it back together by the time I got back at the end of the work day. Stephen honestly told me that it was a problem with my strut, but it wasn't of any safety concern. He could fix it if I would like for a thousand dollars (mostly due to labor), but there was no rush since I might at least be able to get the parts cheaper myself. I wish I lived in this state - I'd come back in the future.

PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

mark is really good about letting you know what you need now vs. what can wait. his turnaround is also really quick.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. I discovered M&S on Angie's list where it was highly rated. After talking to Mark for a couple of minutes I was immediately at ease, and felt like my car was in really good hands. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my car's make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.

DO NOT TRUST these rip off artists, they run a very shady business. My elderly mom (78 yrs. old) brought her car to Burke Automotive because her check engine light was on and her regular mechanic was on vacation. They told her that she needed to replace her catalytic converter at a cost of $2,200. The mechanic wanted to start the job right away (he told her “I would not wait”). She called me when she got the news and I told her not to start, but to let my mechanic take look at it. My mechanic said that the catalytic converter was fine! He shook his head and said that the only reason that the check engine light was on was due to a bad gas cap, $40 later the check engine light was off. It is sickening how some people try to take advantage of others out of greed. They almost scammed my mom for over $2,000!!!!!
