Talk about poor customer service skills- these guys were caught in a lie straight to my face and kept going!!! Definetly would advise against using them for anything. Ended up with more problems than I started with. I had used them in the past, but this is the end for me.

I've known and used John as my mechanic for years. I've always known him to be honest and very thorough with his work. He has finally bought his own garage. His team over at Import Domestic is top notch. I've recommended him to all my friends. Thanks for the great service John.

I have a 1967 NADA 109 Land Rover. I brought it into J. Whites Automotive to have general service done along with a brake job. They did an outstanding job on my Land Rover,. The service was so top notch that I got to tell you about it. In the past few years she has been showing her age in the way she been running. I use to have her picked up once a year on a flat bed and she was trucked up to VT for maintenance. I was going to put her up for sale after 20 plus years. Here is what happened: J Whites went through entire vehicle. The 109 now runs like it did in 1967! It never skips a beat; the steering is awesome with no play in the wheel. You can take your hand off the wheel and it now stops on a dime straight even time. J. White has got this rover running so good that I am keeping it and when I take it out I leave my AAA card at home. I highly recommend J Whites Automotive.

I needed new tires yesterday and Ron was able to get me the best price around by far. Great service and fast turnaround. Car rides great again!

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. The owner is rude, inflexible, and ignorant. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?
