I got my car inspected and front brakes replaced while i waited. They were fast and pleasant and didn't try to make me do anything else on my car. I'll definitely go back next time I need something done on my car. Pat Bloomberg

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. It's so hard to find an honest repair shop, but that's what you get at Elite. No nonsense, honest assessment of your car's problem, with no upselling or exaggerating. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. I've found a place I can trust, and that's where I'll bring all my family's vehicles.

This station is now a Getty! Lukoil sold all of there American Stations to Getty & BP! I was just at this station on April 26, 2011 to view Gas Prices & make updates to an online data base I work with & it is NO Longer a "Lukoil", it is now a "Getty". It serves: Gas: Regular(87), Premium (89) & Super (93) as well as Diesel. They also offer Auto Repair, have Service Bays, Air Hose & Drinks / Express Snacks. Gas Prices are currently very high all over, but I did notice that this station was about 10 cents higher than the average & other local stations. But most importantly it is NO Longer a Lukoil! It is now a Getty. It appeared clean & well kept for a Ga Station, but I only gave 3 stars due to their high prices compared to other local Gas stations.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! No question about it: I'd sent any and all of my friends to S&W to get their cars serviced. Dana S. Braintree, MA

There was a time when this was a great shop. But its the people that make a business great. This company has no respect for their employees and as a result can not retain any semblance of a permenant crew. They force extended hours manditory weekends and sundays and all but 2 holidays. These money hungry tactics do more harm then good. As far as other aspects of this location and company. Workmanship. Well no respectable mechantic would be treated the way they treat people so it as a result is poor. Quality. The parts used by monro are either a knock off brand made by monro otherwise the cheapest low quality part availible (trust me. I know). Price. Definatley higher then any indipendant shop in the area. Experience. When u visit monro u will be hassled into buying any and everything that can be replaced on your care. If u decline the services expect to be treated differntly. All-in-all this place is a nightmare buyer be ware.

They can never get things done right the first time. Bought my tires here a few months ago. They sold me tires they did not have in stock, requiring a return visit, then when they were installed they were out of balance, requiring a second return visit. Had them rotated at 6000 miles, then had to return again for a violent shaking due to the needed alignment that they checked for but failed to tell me about. Car has been on the lift for 3 hours now while I wait. SAVE YOUR TIME, DO NOT GO HERE!

I have gone back to Long Distance time and again because of their excellent customer service. They have helped me with three vehicles, a trailer and even my lawnmower. Highly recommend.

Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

For the past few years now, I have trusted "Narragansett Auto Repair" with my car (and my wallet)! The two people to talk with there are Dan and Donna. Dan is the owner and I've enjoyed watching him as both the "boss" and a mechanic and on that rare occasion when he and his employees are stumped with a diagnosis, he is humble enough to turn elsewhere for input. They are all the kind of persons that I want to give me an estimate, to work on my car and to be trusted to tell me when something needs maintenance or just needs to be fixed. I highly recommend to anyone who owns a foreign or domestic car, that they pay Dan a visit and see for themself!

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.
