Auto inspection service near Easthampton, MA

Everyone should avoid this place like the plague. I brought one of my cars here for state inspection and they jacked the car up by my floor pan instead of the frame bending my floor up into a bulge. Now I just brought in my other car and warned them that this car has to be jacked up very carefully because it's very easy to damage just by moving the jack an inch in either direction. Once again they damaged the underside of the vehicle and when I contacted the owner she refused to take responsibility for the damage. I'm guessing that quite a number of people are going here and leaving with damage that the owners are never aware of because they never look at the underside of their vehicles. If you have gone here, get under your vehicle and check for damage, or bring it to your mechanic to check for you. Most likely there will be damage that you never knew about and every time you go here the damage will just get worse.

I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
