Sunday,May 17,2015. Approximately 9:45 am. Approaching this retail window of this gas station;noticed the cashier was busy texting and clearly having a good time. 
After 40 seconds,I called 'hello'. She continued text as another customer approached the window. This customer was ignored as well. After knocking on the window,the cashier says 'ya!?'.She doesn't hear me. She says'what?!!'
As if customers are an inconvenience to her. 
How dare us show up at Hess and ask her for assistance. I was under the impression that she expected humans to approach the window.
Prior to this downgrade of the hiring selection; pleasant demeanors were employed here.Negative personalities have no place in Customer Service.
Will no longer purchase the annual Hess holiday vehicle from this location.Will no longer use this station.No one needs the excessively disgusting attitude.
