This company has no respect for their employees and as a result can not retain any semblance of a permenant crew. They force extended hours manditory weekends and sundays and all but 2 holidays. Well no respectable mechantic would be treated the way they treat people so it as a result is poor. Quality. The parts used by monro are either a knock off brand made by monro otherwise the cheapest low quality part availible (trust me. I know). Price. Definatley higher then any indipendant shop in the area. Experience. When u visit monro u will be hassled into buying any and everything that can be replaced on your care. If u decline the services expect to be treated differntly. All-in-all this place is a nightmare buyer be ware.

This facility will let you think that they can inspect your car. They are not licensed by the state of Rhode Island to inspect cars. They are however able to inspect trucks over 8500lbs. So if you need an inspection sticker nd you go to Wayne's this is what will happen to you. They will find problems with your car and tell you that it needs to be repaired, will overcharge you and even replace parts that were good to begin with.
