For over ten years, RI Engineering has offered the most advanced cylinder head resurfacing technology available and has been resurfacing automotive engine cylinder heads via lapping for large dealerships, small repair shops, and individuals in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Higher quality, more reliable, faster turnaround times, and at competitive prices. The result is a near perfect cylinder head to engine block sealing surface for both reliability and optimal performance. From passenger cars, motorcycles, diesel trucks, small engines, marine, or anything in-between, if it has a cylinder head, we can resurface it. All work is performed in-house and customer service is our #1 goal. We will call you when your parts are ready to be picked up or if we discover any issues along the way. Same day, after hour, emergency while-you-wait or weekend resurfacing is usually available.

Visited Full Throttle Service for a motorcycle inspection. Welcomed in the front sales shop, guys seemed quite nice and helpful. Mechanic in back seemed he was more interested in failing the inspection than anything else. Everything but the rear tire passed. The inspector! stated it needed more tread and was marginal. Duh? Ok, but enough to go either way, yea or nay! To my displeasure the shop of course doesn't stock tires my size and couldn't help if they tried to. So why if it were a judgement call let it go with some friendly advice to say you should be shopping for a new rear tire. Else say I can't pass it cause if something happens to me I'll go back and sue the mechanic? Duh? this young chap is out of touch with reality. Because I'm driving out with the bike anyway. So where the common sense? Kid couldn't understand why I was upset, says "I don't understand why your so upset, all I said was, you're not passed." Come back with a new tire. When the current wear was border line ok. He never gauged it other than a finger nail prick. Took the bike to another dealer and it passed later that day. If this is the sense of a small shop, I'd have to look else where for more trust and better working relations. Good luck to the owner, cause loosing business from poor customer skills is a road to disaster.
