I have a 1967 NADA 109 Land Rover. I brought it into J. Whites Automotive to have general service done along with a brake job. They did an outstanding job on my Land Rover,. The service was so top notch that I got to tell you about it. In the past few years she has been showing her age in the way she been running. I use to have her picked up once a year on a flat bed and she was trucked up to VT for maintenance. I was going to put her up for sale after 20 plus years. Here is what happened: J Whites went through entire vehicle. The 109 now runs like it did in 1967! It never skips a beat; the steering is awesome with no play in the wheel. You can take your hand off the wheel and it now stops on a dime straight even time. J. White has got this rover running so good that I am keeping it and when I take it out I leave my AAA card at home. I highly recommend J Whites Automotive.

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

I have gone back to Long Distance time and again because of their excellent customer service. They have helped me with three vehicles, a trailer and even my lawnmower. Highly recommend.

Barry Roth and his team provided great service for my '98 M3 Cabrio for years. It was a perfect car, and they helped me keep it that way. When I decided to upgrade, Barry knew I wanted a Carrera 4 and located one for me a few months back. The car's in great shape, and the transaction was straight-forward, no BS, no extra charges, no hassle. Even though I have moved out of state, I plan to make the trip to Medway to have Barry's team service the Carrera and would recommend them without hesitation.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

Today I used their auto repair shop for service on my car. My stepdad typically does all my mechanical work on my car but, he has since moved to another state so I need to fen for myself. I called Nissan and was quoted $289 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and general check up. I printed out the maintenance sheet for the milage on my car and gave it to the mechanic at Woodside, who had also called Nissan to verify the service requirements for my mileage. When I picked up my car and saw the invoice for $76 I was ecstatic. They fulfilled all the checkpoints on the maintenance sheet from Nissan for a third of the price. Amazing small business service and customer service. Keep the small businesses around and it works out for everyone.
