If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one. I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip. He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side. I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the hell does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile. We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive... He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers. Pissed off I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in

Very professional service always well taken care of. My family has been using Paradise Auto Service for years and I can honestly say I wouldn't change unless I had to for an extreme reason. Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi
