Oil change service near Hudson, MA

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

It's a small auto body but they work fast! I had a huge dent on my BMW pax door and got outrageous quotes elsewhere David gave me the best quote, great service overall my expereince was great and my car looked like new!

I have always had great service with this MONRO. I recently went to a dealer and they told me I needed $1200 worth of service to my Toyota so I went to them for a second opinion. I have used them in the past for oil changes and brakes and never had a problem. Out of all the things that the dealer told me I needed was a new air filter!! That was it. I will never go back to another dealer again. As for the lady who made the comment about being told the cost would be $660 then her husband being told told $560 I would guess that she heard it wrong.

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

Richie is a very honest mechanic, so happy I found him. I had some major problems with my brakes and he went above and beyond to get my car back to road worthy. He explained all repairs and costs. Highly recommended

Hands down i give this shop the best mechanics in Somerville/ Boston area. I take my car herre when ever there's a problem and they always quote me a fair price and do great work. Also, it's so nice to find an honest mechanic. If you need work done to your car come here. you won't be disappointed.

I can't give enough praise to Luis and Dina. I lived in MA for three years from '05-'08 and took my '99 VW Passat there for EVERYTHING it needed during that time. New brakes, regular oil changes, even a serious collision. Fast forward three years: I'm living in California and involved in a class action lawsuit against VW because they make terrible cars (Google Volkswagen water egress, you'll see what I mean. P.S. - don't ever buy a Volkswagen) and Luis and Dina help me get old invoices and documents that I've lost long ago.

He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!
