I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. Having immigrated from Venezuela as children, Jaime and Manny are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

Hi I'm from The Brockton Enterprise! Would like to talk to the owner! In regards to a case you took a Homeless, physical and Mentally Disabled person to court to charge him for trespassing! All the person did is found one of your cars open in the winter to take shelter and warmth not to die! The Court documents prove this! This would be great front page news! Missy # 617-302-2194! If not I will follow the case and take statements from the lawyer and victim! Multi Million dollar company wants to put away a homeless Veteran instead of helping there community! Sincerely Missy!

Horrible Service. Originally I told them my car is making a noise and I had just had my rotors and brakes done. It was clearly metal rubbing together. Simple thing to check but because I'm a women they attempted to take advantage of me. They tried to tell me my brakes were cheap until I said I got them from the dealership. They tried to tell me I need a part replaced that I don't. I waited for an hour and was never told what they were going to do or how much it was going to be. I only asked that he tell me what the noise was. After an hour and having the owner in the office with me and then slip away, without a word. The mechanic says it sounds better, I was told to charge you x amount of dollars. But they didn't do ANYTHING! I called the owner and all he could say was it's for what they did but couldn't say what they did. I refused to pay and surely as a drove away my car was just as loud as when I came in. Total waste of time. A bunch of snakes.
