Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. I had been shopping for a new (used) car last year. I live in Waltham and didn't know any mechanics in Lawrence. I brought a Craig's List, private dealer car to Sanchez Sunoco to be checked out before any possibly buying it. I don't know if the mechanic is still working here but if he is, you can trust him implicitly. broke down in front of AMERICAN PETROLEUM in Beverly, MA having work on cars most of my life I noticed the clutch cable clip had rotted off, common problem with older card, Mechanic told me the shifter linkage must be damaged and caused the clip to break I went and bough the $5.74 Part they insisted the linkage was damage refused to let me put the clip in told me to tow or push the car off there lot. After i pushed the car to the street I put the clip in and drove away No problems with linkage
